The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion
=====
Honami Daito Katana DV
bersetzung von Apexmuffin:
Honami Daito (realistic Katana) v1.0 by Vagabondangel
=====

Also sollte man erst bei

Hierbei unbedingt zwei dinge beachten:

Viel Spass damit!!!

Original Readme:
Honami Daito (realistic Katana) v1.0

A simple sample plugin that adds one new two-handed sword to the game. Basically started out as a test to see whether or not I could get my Morrowind meshes into Oblivion... and so here it is. Hopefully the first of many, this version is very simple and has no quest or accessories.

Installation:

The contents of the archive should have been extracted to your Oblivion\Data folder if you are reading this - the folder paths are correct. If you are a cretin, however, and manage to balls it up somehow, here are the folder paths spelled out for you:

Oblivion\Data\Meshes\va\Weapons\daito01.nif

Oblivion\Data\Textures\va\katana01.dds
Oblivion\Data\Textures\va\katana01_n.dds
Oblivion\Data\Textures\va\katana01_g.dds

Oblivion\Data\Textures\Menus\icons\daito01.dds

Oblivion\Data\VA_HonamiDaito.esp

Playing:

Nowt special, just a unique sword, no saya at this stage... and only a two handed version. Can be found on the shelves in the Armoury at Cloud Ruler Temple. Hey, that's original.

Credits:

Most special thanks and hugs to Aleanne (of skimpy armour fame) for sorting out my initial specular problems and giving me a few tips with NifSkope. She's a star so she is.
The guys and gals of NifTools for making this possible in the first place.

Usage:

If you wish to use the mesh and/or textures in any Oblivion mod release of your own, please first contact me for specific permission... chris@vagabondangel.com
The meshes and textures in their current format remain the property of Bethesda Softworks and as such are covered by their EULA. They must not be converted for use in other games, nor be used for financial gain.

And enjoy!
